Totally enjoyed reading it – I tip my hat to you Philip and thank you much for your commentary. MSFT is the loser with your observational insight walking out the door.
Philip,
Good luck on your new venture and all the best for you!
I accidentally found your blog when I googling you because I couldn’t find your name in the GAL anymore. I wanted to I/O you another letter, so would you let me know how to deliver it to you.

Great article… I’m glad you didn’t focus on coherency… those things take time and it may never have been published. I leant a lot, thank you. Good luck at Facebook.
Hello Phillip, I stumbled on your blog when I saw the top 10 secret tips of microsoft office, weird huh. I didn’t read the tips and chose to read your blog, I am that kind of person
You mentioned about some books you read about leadership, can you recommend leadership for newbie kind of a book? there’re so many out there, it’s like a jungle. I’d appreciate if you can recommend one or two to read before going to bed
Thanks and best of luck with the new job.
